All orders are processed within up to 4 working days after payment is received. During this time, your order is prepared, checked, packaged, and handed over to the shipping provider.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this code to track the progress of your delivery online at any time.
The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days. This may vary depending on the destination country and external factors such as customs clearance or regional delays.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. During peak periods – such as special promotions, holidays, or logistical delays – delivery times may be extended accordingly.
4.1. Orders are shipped exclusively with reliable logistics partners.
4.2. Delivery includes proof in the form of a photo, signature, or digital confirmation code.
4.3. If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier but was not received by the customer, the customer must contact our support team within 5 working days. After this period, investigations may be difficult or no longer possible.
4.4. For returns due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from the refund amount.
4.5. Deliveries to parcel lockers, temporary addresses, or collection points are made at the customer’s own risk.
4.6. Once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service, responsibility for delays, damage, or loss lies with the respective logistics provider. However, we will assist you as best as possible in tracking your shipment.
