Right of Withdrawal

At SkyTech, we prioritise customer satisfaction and clear communication. This policy outlines our return and refund conditions in accordance with German consumer protection law.


1. Return Deadlines

1.1. A return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, particularly in the following cases:

  • The packaging has been opened or the seal is broken

  • The item was part of a special promotion priced at £60

  • The product carries a higher risk in terms of configuration or usage

1.2. In all other cases, the legally established right of withdrawal applies: 14 days from the day of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

2.1. A return is accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and in perfect condition

  • The original packaging and all accessories are included

  • The return request is sent within the valid timeframe to service@skytech-uk.com

2.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the reason for the return is a proven defect or a shipping error on our part.


3. Drones – Special Notes

3.1. Due to safety and traceability reasons, the following exceptions apply:

  • Opened, configured, or activated drones are not eligible for return

  • Only completely unopened and unused drones may be returned

3.2. Drones purchased as part of the €60 deal are subject to a limited return period of 7 days from the date of delivery.

3.3. For all other drones, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies, as long as the item remains unused.


4. Refund Process

4.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.

4.2. Refunds are made exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4.3. Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete

  • The return arrives outside the permitted timeframe


5. Proof of Delivery

5.1. All shipments are made with tracking and delivery confirmation, which may include:

  • A photo of the parcel at the delivery location

  • A digital confirmation or signature

5.2. These confirmations serve as legally valid documentation in case of questions or disputes.


6. Incorrect Order Information

6.1. The customer is responsible for entering their name, address, and phone number correctly.

6.2. In the event of incorrect details:

  • Reshipment is only possible upon payment of additional shipping costs

  • For refunds, the original shipping cost will be deducted


7. Protection Against Fraud

7.1. SkyTech reserves the right to:

  • Request evidence such as photos or videos of the returned product

  • Deny a refund if there is suspicion of fraud or a breach of this policy
